Linda Henderson is the Head of Careers and Development for Kinetic Recruitment, where she established the division over a decade ago. Based in Wellington, Linda partners with organisations to strengthen workforce capability, retention, and career development.

With over 30 years’ experience in leadership, HR, and coaching, Linda brings a practical and people-focused approach to workforce performance and wellbeing. Her background spans senior management, learning and development, and organisational leadership, including CEO of a national bookselling and publishing industry association, along with experience across sales, marketing, public sector campaigns, and event management in the literary and performing arts.

Linda is passionate about empowering individuals to find careers that align with their values, strengths, and goals, supporting both personal wellbeing and organisational performance. She provides a holistic approach to career development, working with individuals and teams up to executive level.

She is also an Accredited Facilitator in psychometric assessment, supporting recruitment, career development, and organisational change through tailored, wrap-around solutions.
