Transporting New Zealand 2026 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Ia Ara Aotearoa Transporting New Zealand Incorporated will be held at 4pm on Friday 6 November 2026 at the Hornby Club, Christchurch and via Zoom

Attendance at the AGM is limited to Transporting New Zealand members. Members may attend either:

• In person at the Hornby Club, Christchurch, as part of the 2026 Sector Group Summit; or
• Online via Zoom.

Members attending in person are encouraged to join the Sector Group Summit from 2.00pm, featuring sector-specific breakout discussions, the launch of the Teletrac Navman Workforce Report, and networking with operators, suppliers and industry stakeholders from across New Zealand.

Following the AGM, all in-person attendees are invited to networking drinks and a BBQ dinner, providing a great opportunity to continue conversations, strengthen industry connections and catch up with colleagues from across the country.

The BBQ dinner is complimentary for Transporting New Zealand members, proudly sponsored by Gallagher Insurance, and available to non-members for an additional cost.

Election of Officers

Nominations are now open for a number of Officer positions, including the Board, Endowment Committee and Sector Group representative positions.

Nominations close at 12.00pm on Thursday 1 October 2026.

Notice of Meeting and AGM Papers

The formal Notice of Meeting and AGM papers, including the agenda, reports, financial statements, proposed budget, election information, voting instructions and any resolutions to be considered, will be circulated to members in October 2026.
