Join Transporting New Zealand for our 2026 Sector Group Summit, bringing together road freight operators, suppliers, industry stakeholders and decision-makers from across New Zealand for an afternoon of discussion, insights and networking.

The Sector Group Summit is open to everyone with an interest in New Zealand’s road freight industry. Whether you’re a Transporting New Zealand member or not, we welcome your participation in the Summit and the opportunity to contribute to the discussion.

Our Sector Groups are at the heart of Transporting New Zealand’s advocacy. The Summit provides an opportunity to discuss the issues affecting your sector, share practical experiences, identify emerging challenges, and help shape the advocacy priorities Transporting New Zealand takes forward with government, regulators and industry stakeholders.

The afternoon also includes the launch of the latest Teletrac Navman Workforce Report, providing valuable industry insights and trends.

Following the Summit, continue the conversation over networking drinks and a BBQ dinner. It’s an opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the industry, strengthen existing relationships and build new ones in a relaxed setting.

Annual General Meeting

Transporting New Zealand members are also invited to attend the Association’s Annual General Meeting, where members will receive updates on the Association’s activities, governance and financial performance, participate in the Election of Officers, and vote on any resolutions put before the membership.

Nominations are now open for a number of Officer positions, including the Board, Endowment Committee and Sector Group representative positions. Nominations close at 12.00pm on Thursday 1 October 2026.
