Compliance and Roading Update with CVST & NZTA

Join the Police Commercial Vehicle Safety Team (CVST) for an update on the national rollout of random roadside drug testing, including what operators can expect and the latest trends being seen across the country.

CVST will also share insights from weigh-in-motion technology, discuss the introduction of worktime rule monitoring as part of that, and provide a broader update on current compliance and enforcement activity.

Following this, NZTA Regional Manager Mark Owen will provide an update on the planned Commercial Vehicle Safety Centre at Mackays Crossing, along with key roading projects in the Wellington region.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the webinar.
