Driver behaviour targeted to reduce New Zealand road toll

Eleven people died on New Zealand’s roads between Christmas Eve and January the 5th in what was one of the country’s highest holiday road tolls. The head of the Road Transport Forum says the government isn’t focusing enough on the real problem – driver behaviour.
