Event Details
AutoSense, with the support of sponsor NZI, invites New Zealand organisations with light- and heavy-vehicle fleets to attend the Fleet Forum 2026. Building on the success of the 2024 Transport Leaders Events, this half-day forum delivers fresh insights into how driver wellbeing and mental health directly impact road safety.
Research shows that people experiencing mental health challenges are 2.4 times more likely to be involved in a road traffic accident[1], making mental wellbeing a critical component of fleet safety.

Sir John Kirwan, co-founder of mental health platform Groov, will present Everyone Better, Every Day, an interactive session.
The programme also includes Groov partner Dr Fiona Crichton presenting her science-informed care framework, designed to help fleet decision makers to create practical wellbeing support for their co-workers, and an NZI Fleet Fit showcase will demonstrate innovative ways to strengthen resilience and reduce risk.
