Hopes are growing that New Zealand will avoid long shortages of non-essential goods once lockdown rules are relaxed, after a third ‘U-turn’ by the Government on the rules surrounding non-essential freight. But Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Federation chief executive Rosemarie Dawson said businesses were “not out of the woods”.
